REFRAME
The growing trend of fast furniture, known for its affordability and accessibility, has become a popular consumer choice. However, the downside is that these items typically have a short lifespan and demand significant resources for production, leading to various environmental concerns and a lack of sustainability.
In an effort to address these challenges and shift consumer behaviour, Jung proposes Reframe, an online platform for buying and selling second-hand furniture.
Reframe aims to slow down the fast furniture cycle by encouraging more sustainable consumption patterns through the reuse of furniture, reducing waste, and promoting environmentally friendly practices.
Prototype
The prototype was created using Figma. Every page includes active buttons and interactions, all detailed with animations to mimic real-world functionality, providing a highly realistic user experience.
Video
Project Reframe is Jung's graduation project from OCAD University, exhibited at the university's GradEx show. The following videos were created for the exhibition attendees, covering the project overview, detailed explanations, the user flow, and a demo of the prototype.
